We offer administrative support for permits, minor variances and re-zoning, etc., which includes working closely with local third party planners, in order to ensure the proper flow of each project.

At Evergreen Concepts, FREE site evaluations are always included in our package prices. If you want to make sure all bases are covered before committing to building your dream home or cottage, having an expert look at a property before purchasing land makes perfect sense.

For a nominal fee, we can even arrange a site evaluation before you commit to us and all monies paid are applicable to any additional service purchased through Evergreen (preliminary design, home package etc…)

If you already own the property, our expert’s visit to your site will only help you choose the right design, taking every aspect of construction into account. Such crucial items as site placement of wells & septic systems, natural features of the land, potentials for renewable energy systems or solar designs etc. are often overlooked until it’s too late.
